We first suggest that you:
- Check with any neighbors / family members who may have received it on your behalf.
- See if someone picked it up from the post office for you.
- Verify that you provided us with the correct shipping address.
- Make sure that the package wasn’t left in the mailroom or with the doorman / receptionist.
- Contact your local postal service, as they might have more information on the whereabouts of your order.
