My shipment is marked as 'Delivered' but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

We first suggest that you:

  • Check with any neighbors / family members who may have received it on your behalf.
  • See if someone picked it up from the post office for you.
  • Verify that you provided us with the correct shipping address.
  • Make sure that the package wasn’t left in the mail room or with the doorman / receptionist.
  • Contact your local postal service, as they might have more information on the whereabouts of your order.
