My sensors are associated with another player, what should I do?

If your sensors are associated with another player, then:

  1. Unpair your sensors.
  2. After unpairing your sensors, try re-pairing your sensors to the app.
    • Press 'My sensors'.
    • Make sure both sensors are ON and are plugged into the charger.
    • Make sure your Bluetooth is ON.
    • Make sure your mobile device and sensors are in close proximity to one another.
    • Check to see that your sensors are visible on the screen.
    • Press 'Start Pairing'.


   6. Wait until the process is complete.
