If your sensors are associated with another player, then:
- Unpair your sensors.
- After unpairing your sensors, try re-pairing your sensors to the app.
- Press 'My sensors'.
- Make sure both sensors are ON and are plugged into the charger.
- Make sure your Bluetooth is ON.
- Make sure your mobile device and sensors are in close proximity to one another.
- Check to see that your sensors are visible on the screen.
- Press 'Start Pairing'.
6. Wait until the process is complete.
