Why did I receive a message saying that I entered an invalid or expired Verification code?

NOTE: Your Verification code is only valid for 30 minutes from when you initially received it.

What to do if you received an invalid Verification code message: 

  1. First, make sure that you are logged into the Playermaker application.
  2. Next, check that you are entering the correct code into the app.
  3. If the app continues to say that your Verification code is invalid, then press ‘Resend code’ to receive a new Verification code in your email.
  4. Go to your email to retrieve the new code and enter it into the app. 


Still receiving an invalid Verification code message?

  1. Shut down the Playermaker app.
  2. Re-open the Playermaker app.
  3. Restart the Login / Signup process.
