Why did I receive a message saying that I entered an invalid verification code?

NOTE: The verification code is ONLY valid for 30 minutes from when you initially received it.

What to do if you received this message: 

  1. Make sure that you are entering the correct code onto the app.
  2. In order to receive a new verification code to your email, wait 10 minutes (from when you incorrectly entered the code) and then press ‘Resend’.
  3. Go to your email to retrieve the new code, and enter it onto the app.

If you are STILL receiving the invalid verification code message, then:

  1. Press the back button until you reach the Login / Sign up screen on the Playermaker app.
  2. Restart the login / signup process.
