The app only connected to ONE sensor

If your app is only connecting to ONE sensor, make sure:

  1. Both sensors are ON.
  2. Both sensors are inside of the case and plugged into the charger.
  3. Your phone's Bluetooth is ON.
  4. Your phone and sensors are in close proximity to one another.
  5. Restart the Playermaker app.
  6. Try to pair your sensors again.

If your app is STILL only connecting to ONE sensor, then:

  1. Go to an isolated place (away from other bluetooth devices).
  2. Press and hold each sensor button for 12 seconds (hard reset).
  3. After the sensors' lights are off, press each button once to turn them back on.
  4. Place both sensors back inside of the case, and plug the case into the charger.
  5. Try to pair your sensors again.
