How do I edit my match participation time?

NOTE: Match participation time should only be adjusted if you played more or less than what the Playermaker system automatically identified.

How to edit your match participation time:

  1. Open the Playermaker app.
  2. Go to 'Activities'.
  3. Tap on the Match that you would like to adjust the participation time.
  4. On the top left side of your screen, tap on your session 'Duration'.
  5. If needed, you can adjust the kickoff time under 'Match start time' (only change the kickoff time if the predicted kickoff time is not accurate).
  6. To adjust your match duration, swipe the slide bar to one of the suggested options:
      • Much shorter - if you think you played much less than what was detected.
      • Shorter - if you think you played less than what was detected.
      • Middle point - no change needed.
      • Longer - if you think you played longer than what was detected.
      • Much longer - if you think you played much longer than what was detected.
  7. Then tap 'Submit'.
  8. Your match session will now be analyzed and updated according to the adjustments.
  9. If your match duration still isn't accurate, repeat steps 4-7 until your session duration is accurate.

    3. The current duration that's displayed on your app.

Prior to each of your match sessions, we recommend always keeping track of the following key points to ensure accurate, post-match analyses:

  1. The match kick-off time (the time at which the match actually started).
  2. The cumulative minutes in which the player participated in the regulation match period (this only includes participation time from the 1st and 2nd half, and overtime if relevant).

Most of the time, the Playermaker system will identify the correct start time of your match, but sometimes, we miscalculate your match participation time (especially if you are a highly active player).

That being said, keeping track of the two above points will allow you to edit your match sessions to present the most accurate post-match analyses!
