*Lost parts of the Playermaker kit are not covered under our warranty policy*
If you purchased a Playermaker subscription plan, then:
- There is a continuous warranty (as long as your subscription doesn't expire) from the day you receive your Playermaker device, for both the Playermaker case and the Playermaker sensors.
- If your case or left / right sensor breaks, then we ask that you please contact Playermaker support via our submit a request form and let them know what the exact problem is. Product images and videos will help speed up the replacement process.
If you purchased your Playermaker device prior to our new subscription policy, then:
- There is a one-year warranty from the day you receive your Playermaker device, for both the Playermaker case and the Playermaker sensors.
- If you're within your one-year warranty period and your case or left / right sensor breaks, then we ask that you please contact Playermaker support via our submit a request form and let them know what the exact problem is. Product images and videos will help speed up the replacement process.
