What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, you are entitled to return your product and request a refund within 30 days from when you first received it.

 Before you request your refund, please see the criteria needed to receive a refund:

  1. You must be within 30 days of receiving your Playermaker device.
  2. Your product must be returned to us within 30 days from when you first received it.
    • NOTE: You will be required to pay the shipping fee for your return.
  3. Your product must arrive in good condition (this includes the sensors / case / straps / cable).

If you purchased the device with the 30 days trial:

1. Please contact Support Within 30 days requesting to cancel your free trial

2. You will be sent a return label to send the device back to our facility

3. Once we've received your unit, we will refund the original price minus the shipping costs (which is $30). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, and please keep the receipt of your return shipment until you have received your refund.



If you wish to return your Playermaker device and request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:
    • Proof of purchase.
    • The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
    • The email address that you used to purchase your subscription. 
    • Your reason for returning your product.
  2. In the meantime, we suggest that you read this article to understand how your Playermaker device / account will be affected upon returning your product / canceling your subscription.
