What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, then you are entitled to return your kit and receive a FULL refund within 30 days from when you first received it.

NOTE:

  • You will be required to pay for the shipping price of your return.
  • We can ONLY provide a full refund if the product is returned in good condition.

If you wish to return your Playermaker device, please follow these steps:

  1. Check that it has been less than 30 days from when you first received your Playermaker device.
  2. Next, please contact Playermaker support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
    • The reason as to why you'd like to return your device.
    • Proof of your original purchase.
  3. After we receive this information, our support team will assist you with the next steps on how to successfully return your device.
