If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, you are entitled to return your product and request a refund within 30 days from when you first received it.
Before you request your refund, please see the criteria needed to receive a refund:
- You must be within 30 days of receiving your Playermaker device.
- Your product must be returned to us within 30 days from when you first received it.
- NOTE: You will be required to pay the shipping fee for your return.
- Your product must arrive in good condition (this includes the sensors / case / straps / cable).
If you wish to return your Playermaker device and request a refund, follow these steps:
- Please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:
- Proof of purchase.
- The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
- Your reason for returning your product.
- In the meantime, we suggest that you read this article to understand how your Playermaker device / account will be affected upon returning your product / canceling your subscription.
