What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, then you are entitled to return your kit and receive a FULL refund within 30 days from when you first received it.


  • You will be required to pay for the shipping price of your return.
  • We can ONLY provide a full refund if the product is returned in good condition.

Please follow the steps below on how to return your Playermaker device:

  • Check that it has been less than 30 days from when you first received your Playermaker device.
  • Email our support team at unosupport@playermaker.com and please provide us with:
        • The reason as to why you'd like to return your device.
        • Proof of your original purchase.
  • After we receive this information, our support team will instruct you with the next steps on how to successfully return your device.
