What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, then you are entitled to return your product and request a refund within 30 days from when you first received it.

 Before you request your refund, please see the criteria needed to receive a refund:

  1. You must be within 30 days from when you first received your Playermaker device.
  2. Your product must be returned to us within 30 days from when you first received it.
    • NOTE: You will be required to pay the shipping fee for your return.
  3. Your product must arrive in good condition (this includes the sensors / case / straps / cable).

If you wish to return your Playermaker device and request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Please contact Playermaker support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • Your Activation Code.
    • The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
    • The email address that you used to purchase your subscription. 
    • Your reason for returning your product.
  2. After we receive this information, our support team will assist you accordingly.
  3. In the meantime, we suggest that you read this article to understand how your Playermaker device / account will be affected upon returning your product / canceling your subscription.
