As of December 11th, 2022, your new Playermaker kit will be shipped to your home within 5 - 10 business days from when your order was processed.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your device is sent out for delivery. In this email, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.
It has now been 12 days and i have yet to receive an email confirmation that my product has been shipped and there is absolutely no way to contact your office
It's been 11 days and still no solution. It says delivery in 10 days. It hasn't even been shipped yet. there is no phone to reach
Its been 17 days it said it left the UK on the 14th for Australia and now it is registered as back in the UK, The DPP international does not accept the tracking number so as far as I'm concerned it is lost in transit, to top it off it is my sons birthday in 2 days and this is the gift. DPP have no way to contact them other than with a bot.
