Why am I not receiving the verification code to my email?

If you are not receiving the verification code to your email, then:

  1. Make sure you have correctly entered your email address onto the app.
  2. Make sure your entered email address doesn’t block sendgrid emails.
      • NOTE: If you belong to an organization, ask the IT department to resolve this issue
