Why did I receive a 'Wrong Mounting' notification?

If you received a 'Wrong Mounting' notification, then one or both of the following occurred:

  1. You incorrectly inserted your Playermaker sensors into your straps.
  2. You incorrectly placed your straps onto your cleats.

As a result, your post-session analysis will only include your physical data and not your technical / soccer-specific data

NOTE: Receiving this indication means that the PDF activity report of the relevant session won't be sent to the contacts that are found under 'Activity reports' in your 'Privacy Settings'.
