I received 'Failed to upload data', what should I do next?

If you received "Failed to upload data", then: 

  1. Turn your phone’s Bluetooth OFF.
  2. Shut down the Playermaker app.
  3. Perform a hard reset to both sensors.
  4. Turn your phone's Bluetooth ON.
  5. Open the Playermaker app.
  6. Observe and see if your session appears on the app.
