I received Error 51, what should I do?

"We got disconnected from one or both sensors. Please contact support."

What to do next:

  1. Place both sensors inside of the case and connect the case to charging (verify both sensors are ON and lights are solid).
  2. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is ON.
  3. Press the 'Settings' tab on the app.
  4. Press 'My Sensors'.
  5. Verify that both sensors are paired.
  • If both sensors are paired with your profile, then press 'Unpair Sensors'


  • If this doesn't work:
    • Log out of the app.
    • Turn the sensors OFF and then ON.
    • Log back into the app.

NOTE: If the sensors are NOT paired with your profile, then you must 'Pair' your sensors to the app.

Here is how to pair your sensors to the app:

  1. Press 'My sensors'.
  2. Make sure both sensors are ON and charged.
  3. On your mobile phone, make sure your Bluetooth is ON.
  4. Your mobile phone and the sensors must be in close proximity.
  5. Check that you see both sensors on the app.
  6. Press 'Start Pairing'.


  • Wait until the process is complete.
