Additional light gestures to be aware of / what to do if you are experiencing one of them:
Green and orange blinking light:
- The sensor's battery is very low.
- Charge the sensor for a minimum of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of charging, the light should return to a solid red color, indicating that your sensor is charging and functioning normally.
Orange light blinking weird:
- The sensor's battery is very low.
- Charge the sensor for a minimum of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of charging, the light should return to a solid red color, indicating that your sensor is charging and functioning normally.
Red and green blinking light:
- The sensor is not up to date with the newest firmware version.
- Please read this article to learn how to update your sensor to the newest firmware version.
Faint red blinking light:
- The sensor is not charging; the sensor needs to be fixed by the Playermaker Team.
- Please contact Playermaker support via the 'Submit a Request form' and request for your Playermaker sensor(s) to be fixed. When filling in this form, please attach a video of the defective sensor(s) while it is inside the case and plugged into the charger.
Red light blinking quickly:
- The sensor is bricked and cannot be used; the sensor needs to be fixed by the Playermaker Team.
- Please contact Playermaker support via the 'Submit a Request form' and request for your Playermaker sensor(s) to be fixed. When filling in this form, please attach a video of the defective sensor(s) while it is inside the case and plugged into the charger.
Red and orange blinking light
- The sensor is updating to the newest firmware version. The lights will flash these colors until the update is completed.
- Please read this article for more information on updating your sensor to the newest firmware version.
Red and orange blinking light (not during a Firmware update):
- The sensor is experiencing a defective configuration; a replacement is required.
- Please contact Playermaker support via the 'Submit a Request form' and request a replacement device. When filling in this form, please attach a video of the defective sensors while they're inside the case and plugged into the charger.
