My sensors won't charge

NOTE: Solid sensor lights mean that your sensors are successfully charging. Learn more about Playermaker's 5 Lights Statuses.

If your sensors' lights are NOT solid, then:

  1. Make sure both sensors are placed correctly inside of your Playermaker case.

  2. Connect your case to the charger.

      • NOTE:

        • There is only one type of charging cable that will work when charging your sensors ..a USB-A to USB-C cable. Please see the following article for further details: USB-A to USB-C cable, which one should I use?
        • We DO NOT recommend plugging the charging cable into a computer USB port, as this might not charge your sensors efficiently, when being compared to a power outlet. 

  3. Charge your sensors for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Your lights should now flash a solid orange color.

        • If they do, then try to do an activity.

        • If they do not and the issue persists. . .

              • Try to charge the Playermaker case with a different USB cable.

If your sensors' lights are STILL NOT solid, then:

  1. Remove both sensors from the case.
  2. Press and hold each sensor button for 12 seconds (hard reset).
  3. After the sensors' lights are off, press each button once to turn them back on.
  4. Place the sensors back inside of the case.
