How can multiple mobile phones use the same Playermaker account?

It is possible for multiple mobile phones to use the same Playermaker account as long as it is not at the same time. If two mobile devices try to log into the same account (at the same time), then one device will automatically be signed out of the account. 

For multiple phones to successfully use a single Playermaker profile, take into consideration:

  • The Playermaker app must be downloaded onto all relevant mobile devices.
  • Only one mobile device can be logged into the Playermaker account at a time. 
  • NOTE: The Playermaker sensors are paired to a user's profile, not the mobile device itself. This means that you do not need to unpair and re-pair the sensors when using the same Playermaker device with multiple mobile phones.
