I received Error 52, what should I do next?

If you received "This sensor isn't assigned to a foot. Please contact support", then please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:

  1. Mention that you received Error 52.
  2. Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your Playermaker sensors to your account.
  3. Your left and right sensor serial numbers (found on the back of each sensor).
  4. Proof of purchase.
