I received Error 54, what should I do next?

If you received "We can't find this sensor's serial number. Please contact support", then:

  • Immediately contact support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
      1. Mention that you received Error 54.
      2. Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your Playermaker sensors to your account.
      3. Your left and right sensor serial numbers (found on the back of each sensor).
      4. Your order number.

After we receive the above details from you, we will help you resolve this issue ASAP.
