I received Error 55, what should I do next?

If you received "We can't find the right sensor in our records. Please contact support", then please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:

  1. Mention that you received Error 55.
  2. Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your Playermaker sensors to your account.
  3. Your left and right sensor serial numbers (found on the back of each sensor).
  4. Proof of purchase.
