If you received "We can't find the left sensor in our records. Please contact support", then:
- Immediately contact support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
- Mention that you received Error 56.
- Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your Playermaker sensors to your account.
- Your left and right sensor serial numbers (found on the back of each sensor).
- Your order number.
After we receive the above details from you, we will help you resolve this issue ASAP.
