If you'd like to pause your Playermaker subscription, then please contact support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
- Your order number.
- Your Activation Code.
- The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
- Your reason for pausing your subscription.
- The duration in which you’d like your subscription to be paused.
NOTE: If you pause your Playermaker subscription, then your sensors will automatically unpair from your Playermaker account. This means that you will not be able to conduct any new activities; however, you will still be able to use the app and its features normally and view all of your past activities.
