I received 'Wrong activation code, please try again', what should I do next?

If you received "Wrong activation code, please try again.", then:

  1. First, make sure that you are entering the correct Activation Code onto the app.
  2. If the app still says that your Activation Code is invalid, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
    • Shut down the Playermaker app.
    • Re-open the Playermaker app.
    • Try entering your Activation Code again.


Still receiving this error message?

  • Please contact support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:
      1. Your order number.
      2. Your Activation Code.
      3. The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
      4. The email address that you used to purchase your subscription. 

After we receive the above details from you, we will contact you in a timely manner.
