If you received "Wrong activation code, please try again.", then:
- First, make sure that you are entering the correct Activation Code onto the app.
- If the app still says that your Activation Code is invalid, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Shut down the Playermaker app.
- Re-open the Playermaker app.
- Try entering your Activation Code again.

- Please contact support via our 'Submit a Request form' and include the following details:

- Your order number.
- Your Activation Code.
- The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
- The email address that you used to purchase your subscription.
