When is my subscription's automatic renewal date?

Once your chosen subscription plan ends, your subscription's automatic renewal will occur on the day of the month in which you initially purchased your plan.

NOTE:

• Your membership only becomes active on the day that you enter your Activation Code into the app.
• Currently, it is not possible to change your automatic renewal date.
• All subscriptions will automatically be renewed unless you contact support via our submit a request form to cancel or pause your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.

                                                               EXAMPLE

If you purchased an annual subscription plan on May 1st, 2022, then your subscription will automatically renew (you'll be billed) on May 1st, 2023. 

If you entered your Activation Code on the app on May 14th, 2022, then your membership will remain active until May 14th, 2023.
