How do I sync my data onto the app?

What's needed to sync your session onto the app:

  • Playermaker case
  • Playermaker sensors 
  • iOS or Android device
  • Bluetooth
  • Internet

How to sync your data onto the app:

  1. First, make sure that both of your sensors are blinking white.
    • If one or both of your sensors are not blinking white, then read this article first.
    • If both of your sensors are blinking white, then continue to step 2.
  2. Turn your phone's Bluetooth ON.  
  3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  4. Make sure your sensors are paired to the app.
  5. Keep your phone and sensors in close proximity to one another.
  6. Open the Playermaker app.
  7. You can verify that your data is syncing from the 'Activities' screen on your app (your sensors and phone must be within Bluetooth reach to see this indication).
    • Open the Playermaker app.
    • Go to the 'Activities' screen.
    • On the top right of the screen, the 'Sensor Status' should say: 'Sync'.
  8. A new activity will automatically pop up on your app screen.
  9. Select the relevant activity type: Match or Training.
  10. After, fill out your activity details.
  11. Now, analyze your session's data!
