How do I renew my membership?

How to renew your Playermaker membership:

  1. Please contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:
    • Mention that your membership expired.
    • Mention if you'd like to renew your original subscription plan or purchase a new subscription plan.
    • Proof of your original purchase. 
    • The email address that your Playermaker account is registered with.
    • The email address that you used to purchase your subscription. 
  2. After purchasing your plan, you'll receive a new Activation Code in the inbox of the email that was used to purchase your plan.
  3. Go to the relevant email and find your Activation Code.
  4. Next, open your Playermaker app.
  5. Go to 'Settings'.
  6. Press 'Playermaker Account'.
  7. Select 'Reactivate & pair'.
  8. You'll now be taken to 'Account Activation' where you will need to enter your new Activation Code.
  9. Enter your Activation Code onto the app.
  10. Your membership will now be re-activated and 'Valid'.
  11. After, re-pair your sensors to the app.
  12. Now, go ahead and conduct a new session!
